What type of wax do you use?
We use all natural soy wax blends.
What if you get a damaged candle?
We will send a replacement immediately, please email us at support@encourageco365.com within 3 business days. Please include your name, address, and image of the damage.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use USPS and DHL mostly; however, our goal is to use the carrier with the best price for shipment.
What are your production and shipping times?
We typically ship your order within 1-3 business days, holiday timeframes may take longer. The time in transit will vary and we cannot control carrier transit time, however it's typically 3-4 business days in the US, depending on final destination.
How long do your candles typically burn?
9oz glass jar candles: 50-60 hours on average
12.5oz glass jar candles: 65-75 hours on average

3. Melting & Mixing: The wax is melted to the optimal temperature, ensuring consistency. Fragrance oils are then blended in.
4. Pouring: The melted wax mixture is delicately poured into containers, ensuring no air bubbles form.
5. Setting & Cooling: The candles are allowed to cool slowly, ensuring a smooth top finish and maximum fragrance retention.
6. Trimming & Finishing: Wicks are trimmed to the ideal length, and quality checks are performed to guarantee perfection.
